The Services element of i-Schools is of equal importance as the software itself. On top of having a world class support system, we offer on-site training and a report design service.
Overview
Training
Normally training will take place after the
installation is complete. A training program will have been defined
during the initial consultation. Training is normally on a one to one
basis which will be tailored to the individual's needs. As
i-Schools is Windows compliant
the training will focus on application processes and not system
navigation and general usability.
Training is available at any time, new members of staff will need help, and if new parts of the system are implemented. For larger schools training is normally delivered to lead personnel who will in turn pass the knowledge down to day to day operators.
The training process also includes operating procedures so that these are customised to suit the way the school wants to operate.
Report design
All i-Schools
reports are generated using the report designer. This means that any of
the reports can be modified. A full design service is available and is
free. A charge is only made for complex reports. Fees invoices are
normally designed to include logos, crests and a layout to reflect the
information that parents are looking for. Click here for a

Support and Training
We have a team of experts available to help with support, training and report design. Our staff come from a range of backgrounds including IT and Teachers, all of which understand the Independent school and college sectors.
