The Pupils modules provides all the functionality the school requires for current, past and future pupils. There is a database for each type.

Standard details stored are form, year group, house, school (Junior, Senior) and static data including dates, nationality, medical conditions, contacts and billing addresses and breakdown of billing arrangements.

Siblings are linked so that a single bill can be produced if required by the Fees module.

There is an automatic transfer of pupils to new forms at the end of the year, or out of school if they have left.

Register reports are available by year, form, house and a special report for parents giving class member contact details. This report is available on-line through the Parental Access module.
